Approvals

With approvals on, the squad asks you before a buy instead of executing it, on every buy or only above entry.approval.above_eth.

• A request expires after 60 seconds; an expired request does not buy.
• Approving fills at the current price under the same Guardian checks.
• The app and the API resolve requests identically, and the first resolver wins. Late answers get 409 approval_expired or 409 approval_resolved.
