The REST API lives at https://wisp.capital/v1 and the MCP server at https://wisp.capital/mcp. Both run the same service layer as the app, so the same limits, Guardian checks and squad cap apply.

Access

API keys come with builder approval. Request access from the Developers page in the app (/app/developers). Until a wallet is approved, creating keys, every /v1 endpoint and MCP return 403 access_not_approved; revoking approval stops that wallet's existing keys. The docs and /v1/openapi.json are public.
